Booking Terms

Lesson bookings

Lessons are arranged by mutual agreement.

A free consultation may be offered before booking.

Payment

Payment is due before the lesson unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed when lessons are booked.

Cancellation

Lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice will be rescheduled free of charge.

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full.

If I need to cancel a lesson, it will always be rearranged at no additional cost.

Late arrival

If a student arrives late, the lesson will finish at the scheduled time.

If I am delayed, the full lesson time will always be provided.

Online lessons

Students are responsible for ensuring they have:

• a suitable internet connection

• access to the agreed online platform

• a quiet environment where possible

In-person lessons

In-person lessons are available within Barcelona.

Travel outside my normal service area may incur an additional travel fee.

Academic integrity

Lessons are designed to support learning and understanding.

I do not complete assessed work or examinations on behalf of students.
